This pale yellow cheese is nutty and garlicky, with an overpowering black truffle flavor which runs through its black veins. It is unique in that the black truffle is added after some time of maduration, to further intensify its flavor.
This cheese is aged in ash rind to maintain its aromatics and intensify the flavor.
