Shipments are delivered Monday to Sunday depending on your shipping method. Your package may arrive + or – 2 days of what you’ve picked based on the shipping service you’ve selected.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Because cheese is perishable, we cannot ship outside the U.S. We also cannot ship to international military bases either.
What Shipping carriers do you use?
Your package will come via UPS. A shipping confirmation email will arrive in your inbox when we pack your order. If appropriate, please communicate the tracking info to the giftee so they can get it in their fridge ASAP.
How are the products packaged?
Every order is packed in an insulated box with frozen gel packs. The goal is for the cheese to arrive to you cool to cold. Remember, cheese cannot be frozen.
How do I know if my order has arrived in good condition?
Our cheese spends most of its life aging at a balmy 55 degrees. If your cheese arrives a little warm with melted ice packs, it’s totaly fine. As long as it’s free of excessive moisture and oil in the packaging, it is fine to eat.
What if UPS mishandles my delivery?
We will always take care of our customers, even if FedEx or the Postal Service misses their guarantee. We will make it right. Call or email us and we’ll be ready to jump in and solve the problem.
What if my order is delayed?
While we do our very best to ensure that your package is delivered according to request, we cannot prevent, nor can we take responsibility for, delivery delays that are the result of:
Inclement weathe or “Acts of God”
Incorrect delivery address provided with an order
The intended recipient is not available to receive the package
The package being lost or stolen after delivery confirmation is received from our shipping carrier
