Refund Policy
Pierre Cheese Market makes every effort to ensure your complete satisfaction. We carefully pack and ship all perishable products in insulated boxes with frozen gel packs. Just a note, every products is hand-made, hand cut, and hand packed, so some inconsistencies may occur.
Guideline for Returns & Refunds
_ If a product arrives unsatisfactory due to a shipping fumble, or if the quality does not meet your expectations, please do not return the product. Give us a call as soon as possible at (904) 310-0012 and we will arrange a solution.
_ We are only able to refund purchases within 90 days of purchase. If it’s past 90 days, we will provide you a replacement of equal or greater value. Refunds are processed within 2 business days but may take up to 5 business days to show up on your credit card statement. To check on the status of a refund, please call (904) 310-0012.
_ We will ship your order as soon as possible, but are limited to weekday shipping due to the perishable nature of our products. Shipping prices and arrival dates are clarified during checkout.
_ The most common mistake in the shipping process is an incorrect address. In particular the suite number or apartment #. Please triple check the address for accuracy and we wwill do the same.
