Artikaas Edam Loaf
This classic Edam is semi-firm and mild with a subtle sweetness, and like all Artikaas cheeses, it is carefully ripened by hand. You’ll find this Edam is slightly less creamy than our Gouda due to a lower fat content.
The Edam is aged 4-6 weeks, just like all Artikaas Gouda.
Mild, smooth, semi-firm.
Use the Artikaas Edam for: snacking, adding to a cheese board, melting, and shredding.
Pair the Edam with a hoppy IPA for a heavenly combination.
